Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie Get Married
Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie officially tied the knot on Saturday in Santa Barbara, California.
OK! Magazine reports that the 22-year-old Duff wore a Vera Wang mermaid gown when walking down the aisle to marry her NHL hockey player beau. The two then exchanged vows in a small, intimate ceremony in front of 100 people.
The 29-year-old Comrie proposed to Duff in February, and photos of her enormous diamond ring -- estimated to have cost upwards of a million dollars -- quickly began circulating around the entertainment world.
The two began dating in 2007. Comrie told Hockey Night in Canada that he and Duff "were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I'm kidding! ... It [was] one of those things where we were all in a group … we spent the weekend all hanging out."
