Ke$ha Prowls the Urban Jungle (PHOTOS)
Ke$ha was either hiding from the paparazzi -- or getting a jump on Halloween -- during a stroll in New York on August 17. The singer prowled the urban jungle in a tiger mask after leaving a hair salon.
