Lo-Cal Cocktails Celebrities Love (PHOTOS)

Celebrities love their cocktails just as much as the rest of us. And, just like us, they prefer only the best. But with all those added calories, one needs to steer clear to keep those bikini bodies in shape. So what do Hollywood's elite do when they need a libation that's heavy on taste but low on calories.? Here's their little secret.

TY KU, a line of premium Asian wine and spirits, has made its way into the glasses of Tinseltown's A list. Celebs like Jessica Biel, Kate Hudson, Gisele Bundchen, Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kellan Lutz and (natch) Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino all enjoy classic cocktails made with TY KU.

The low calorie count allows you to mix drinks like the Island Breeze, Cabana Boy and Strawberry Soju Sunrise with all the flavor and a fraction of the calories you find in vodka. Click through the gallery for a peek at TY KU's celebrity fans and some of their favorite blends.

@mjx Yes...if it tastes good that is all that matters but some people do prefer the healthier choice. I have only tried Ty Ku a few times (and it tastes amazing) but it really is healthier. Good for them I guess.

BULL***T. Since when do either sake or soju have significantly (i.e. at least 5%) fewer calories than, say, vodka or beer? You drink a lot, you take in more calories. Although I suppose splashing out for a light-up bottle of so-called Asian (the product was developed in the US by a couple of American MBA students) liqueur would cut into the budget of most to the extent of reducing the overall amount of booze purchased..? And do not get me started on the wee little quantities of 'healthy and natural' extracts in this stuff; perhaps the equivalent to half a teaspon in the entire bottle. If it tastes good, shouldn't that be enough?
