Lindsay Lohan's New Routine: 12-Step Meetings, Drug Tests and Psychotherapy
Lindsay Lohan may be a free woman, but she's not exactly in the clear.
Beverly Hills Judge Elden Fox has handed down a new set of rules for Lohan, who was released early from rehab treatment at UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, and it appears that the Just My Luck actress will have a lot of work to do if she wants to stay out of jail.
According to Radar Online, during a hearing on Wednesday (at which Lohan was present), Fox ruled that the actress must attend 12-step meetings five times a week and submit to random drug tests twice a week. She is also forbidden from residing outside of California until November 1.
As reported by People magazine, Lohan will also be required to attend four psychotherapy sessions per week.
The rules will remain in place at least until a November 1 status review. Until then, Fox warned Lohan, any failure to comply may result in a 30-day jail sentence for each violation. Hopefully Lohan manages to dutifully fulfill her obligations. Perhaps she can take comfort in the fact that she's not the first person to be subjected to this sort of treatment:
