Jersey Shore's Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola went Hollywood at the 2010 MTV VMAs Sunday in Los Angeles, trading her trademark sweatpants for a lace-and-sequin minidress. A smiling Sammi even stepped out with on-and-off love and fellow Shore party animal Ronnie Magro on the white carpet.
