Probation Department Wants Jail Time for Lindsay Lohan
UPDATE: TMZ now reports that the Probation Department will only be recommending jail time for one of Lohan's failed drug test. The actress will most likely skate on the positive test for amphetamines—now revealed to be Adderall—due to a paperwork ambiguity.
Attention, Lindsay Lohan: You might soon be going directly back to jail. Do not pass go, and most certainly do not collect $200.
TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County Probation Department will recommend that Lindsay Lohan be tossed in jail when she goes before Judge Elden Fox on Friday. As previously reported, Lohan has failed two court-mandated drug tests following this summer's consecutive stints in jail and rehab. Lohan admittedly tested positive for what TMZ reports were cocaine and amphetamines.
In July, Lohan began serving what would ultimately turn out to be a 14-day jail stint at the Century Regional Correctional Facility in Lynwood, California, followed by rehab treatment at the UCLA Medical Center, after violating the terms of her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest.
Lohan could receive a 30-day sentence for each failed drug test.
TMZ is further told that the District Attorney's Office will not offer a recommendation during Lohan's hearing, which is scheduled for Friday morning.
