The Situation Might Get Sued Over iPhone App

Gym, tan, lawsuit?

Radar Online reports that entrepreneurial Jersey Shore guido Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino might be in hot legal water, thanks to one of the features on his best-selling iPhone application.

Included in the app—which is called, simply, The Situation—is a video game known as “Grenade Dodger,” in which users, playing as The Situation, try to duck unattractive women (or “grenades,” in Jersey Shore parlance) that fall from the sky around him.

The women in question were actually photographed in a nightclub by Toronto-based design company Hey Turbo, which was instructed to snap pics of women who are “3’s and 4’s” on a scale of 1 to 10. And now some of those “grenades” are ready to explode for real—so much so that they’re considering legal action.

According to a source,

“While the girls did know their photos were being taken, they were unaware they were about to become official grenades…It came as a complete surprise and at least one of them is now considering her legal options.”

Forget grenades; the Sitch might find himself dodging process servers in the weeks to come.
