TMZ claims that Alex was the dancer targeted by Demi in an airport fist-fight. According to the website, Alex has visible bruises and is reportedly considering legal action against the Sonny with a Chance star.

According to sources, Demi punched Alex because she thought that she had ratted her out to her parents and manager Kevin Jonas, Sr..
Alex has refused to comment about the situation surrounding Demi, but that hasn't stopped people from speculating that she was on the receiving end of a punch from the Disney star.
Things weren't always so bad between Demi and Alex – the two were close close friends on tour and Demi even tweeted pictures of her hanging out with Alex backstage.
The 21-year-old dancer first performed with the JoBros and Demi when she appeared on Camp Rock 2 as a back-up dancer. Check out Alex dancing behind Demi in "Can't Back Down" from Camp Rock 2.
The Utah-native had her first big break when she danced on the basketball court at a Utah Jazz game when she was 12-years-old. Alex later moved to Los Angeles to become a professional dancer, dancing alongside such A-listers as Miley Cyrus, T-Pain and Justin Bieber.

Once in LA, Alex joined the Beat Freaks dance crew, which received the runner-up title on season 3 of America's Best Dance Crew. Alex has also appeared in Step Up 2 the Streets, Bring It On All or Nothing and Date Movie.
Alex has remained mum about the fighting allegations and she and all the dancers on the tour are reportedly bound by a confidentiality agreement – a fairly standard contract with almost all celebrities. Alex's Twitter has been fairly quiet since Demi left the tour, with no mention of the star's troubles.
Demi entered a rehab treatment center over the Halloween weekend. The star was reportedly urged to seek help following a fight with an dancer at an airport in South America. The star reportedly battled problems with eating disorders and self-harm in the past.

Actually, the real reason Demi hit this girl is because of a mental breakdown that happened because she was suffering from an eating disorder. I guess you could say she had a lot of problems, mostly with her cutting herself and the eating disorder, she couldn't take it anymore. She had stayed bottled up inside, even her own parents did not know about the issues. She got help and is better now, though. =]

We dont know this girl alex to say she didnt deserve whatever... We honestly dont know the wholeee story and all its details... Honestly, while hitting someone is never okay, I think Demi just didn't randomly hit her. She most likely was hurting Demi, and it all just kind of exploded. Also, I think Demi has some serious emotional issues. Which is good she's getting help.
Demi is obviously fighting some serious emotional issues, I don't think people realize that eating disorders are DISORDERS they affect your mind and emotions as well. She isn't in the right mind set right now and shes getting help. Its not fair to accuse her because even though she did hit a friend she had been driven to do that over time. How do we know that Alex Girl didn't say something really hurtful to Demi? Or that there were more issue's between them then brought forward? I agree with Cheyenne. We have no proof that Demi punched this person. We can't just go around, spitting out rumors and believing that they are true. Until there is either a video tape of the fight, or Demi herself comes out and says that she did indeed punch this person in the face, Demi is innocent. Innocent until proven guilty.

Fact is this. Law suits are messy. They never tend to go your way. Especially when you're going up against the big Mouse himself. Granted the talent that Disney puts out is left to opinion, none the less these people are product. Product making them LOTS of money. And like I said that one good lawyer that decides to take up a cause? Is going up against an army of GREAT lawyers. Don't think Disney is just gonna have a few mediocre lawyers working for them.
