Charlie Sheen: “Everything Is Good”
Charlie Sheen isn’t too concerned with the public reaction to his alleged hotel meltdown.
“If a guy has one bad night everybody goes insane and panics,” Charlie told Extra, “I’m not panicking.”
The “bad night” that the Two and a Half Men star is referring to is the night of October 25 when police allegedly found a drunk and naked Charlie in a “trashed” hotel room at New York’s posh Plaza Hotel.
The actor was reportedly found in the hotel room with an escort. Charlie’s ex Denise Richards and their children were staying in a separate room at the hotel during the night of the incident.
According to Charlie’s rep, the actor was taken to the hospital following the hotel incident for an allergic reaction to medication. The rep confirmed that the actor was doing “fine” and that the reports on his meltdown were “overblown.”
Charlie also brushed off reports that he was sent into a rage when his rare Patek Philippe 5970 watch went missing. “The way I look at it, if you have expensive tastes, you gotta be prepared for expensive losses,” the actor told Extra.
Charlie was clearly in good spirits when he talked to Extra’s reporters: “Doing great, just finished a show… [I’m] back to work. Everything’s good, everything’s good.”
