Looks like it's a new haircut, new music kind of day for Justin Bieber.
The 16-year-old "Baby" sensation has unleashed a brand-new musical nugget "Latin Girl" upon the world. It's not known whether the upbeat, dance-oriented tune will be on his upcoming sophomore album, but certainly it will be emanating from radios everywhere in the next few weeks.
