Twilight star Jackson Rathbone is going from the big screen to the small screen in the new multi-platform series, Aim High.

Jackson will star as Nick Green, a high school junior who is secretly a teenage spy. Expect lots of high school drama mixed with action-packed espionage. Jackson will be joined by Friday Night Lights star Aimee Teegarden, who will play Amanda Miles, the most popular girl at Nick’s school and his charismatic love interest.

Also joining the cast of the McG produced digital series are Lost’s Rebecca Mader, Megadrive’s Johnny Pemberton and Ally McBeal’s Greg Germann.

“We’re thrilled to have Jackson and Aimee on board,” said Producer McG in a press release, “They’re incredibly talented, collaborative individuals with undeniable screen presence.”

The series will air across several platforms, including television, web and mobile.

Jackson is probably best known for portraying Jasper Hale, the vampire husband to Ashley Greene‘s Alice Cullen. Watch the two fighting in a clip from Eclipse below.

The multi-platform series will be shot in Los Angeles and then complied into a feature-length movie to be distributed by Warner Premiere for home entertainment use.
