All teenagers entering the wild and wacky world of celebrityhood should have a positive role model, and Justin Bieber is no exception.

Apparently, The Biebs told Ryan Seacrest during an interview that when writing "Pray" for his new album, My World Acoustic, he looked for inspiration from none other than Michael Jackson and his anthem of hope, "Man in the Mirror."

Watch the two music videos below to spot the similarities. Also, check out a few other videos from celebrities who've chosen to use their popularity for the public good.

Justin Bieber: "Pray"

Michael Jackson: "Man in the Mirror"

Christina Aguilera: "Beautiful"

Avril Lavigne: "Knocking on Heaven's Door"

TLC: "Unpretty"

Which other popstars have a healthy awareness of social issues, and therefore deserve to be on this here list? Let us know in the comments.
