Possibly, but unless you're Marko Jaric you can't say for certain. She got married Feb 14th 2009, and gave birth November 15th 2009, almost exactly 9 months later. So she very well could have conceived on her wedding night. Presumably they planned the wedding to be on Valentines Day months in advance, so I'd think it unlikely she'd wait that long to lose her V-card and then break her Catholic vows weeks before her wedding.
21 is not old. It may be old compared to the way things are going in our culture today, but it's better to wait until you are 21 than do it at 16 or 17 like so many kids today.
