Willow Smith will perform for Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve Party in Times Square along with Ne-Yo, Natasha Bedingfield and La Roux. The 10-year-old daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith can add her name to the impressive list of musicians who've been asked to grace the stage since 1972.

But not so fast. How will the young phenomenon compare to those who made the stage so great? Legend has it those performers never die...because they're immortalized by ABC in picture and sound.
