Justin Bieber Won’t Face Charges in Laser-Tag Fracas

Justin Bieber has something else to celebrate besides being named the reigning prince of YouTube.

Radar Online reports that the 16-year-old “Baby” singer won’t be facing charges in a case stemming from an October altercation at a Canadian laser-tag facility. A 12-year-old boy had claimed that Bieber punched him in the face on October 15 Planet Lazer Entertainment Center in Richmond, British Columbia, but police now say that there’s insufficient evidence to press charge with. According to Corporal Turley of the Richmond Royal Canadian Mounted Police,

“This investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn’t] support doing so.”

Contrary to the victim’s claims, another witness to the incident claims that Bieber had actually been bullied by the 12-year-old and his pals, and had actually been subjected to a homophobic slur during the confrontation.

Congratulations on being off the hook, Biebs! Perhaps this calls for another round of pancakes with a certain special someone?
