Cory Monteith Joins a Band

The Glee gang is really starting to branch out. First came news that Matthew Morrison is releasing a solo album and hitting the road next year. And now Cory Monteith has announced via his Twitter account that he's joined up with a band—as their drummer!

Monteith writes,

"guess what? I'm the drummer in a band! and we're playing a show in LA in January! more details soon...."

The Glee hunk followed up the tease by announcing that he is the newest member of Los Angeles-based combo Bonnie Dune—and if you happen to be in West Hollywood on January 9, you can catch them at The Roxy.
