Andrew Garfield Details His Manliest Moment

Andrew Garfield has burst onto the scene thanks to the critical and public success of The Social Network. His acting chops, good looks and fabulously tall hair make him one of young Hollywood’s most promising talents, and as he says in the February issue of Details, he plans on never letting the success get to his head.

Garfield tells Details that the last thing he wants to do as an actor is “blow up,” adding that he’s really hoping to “have to audition for every single job I want.  I hope that I’m always struggling, really. You develop when you’re struggling.  When you’re struggling, you get stronger.”

Garfield goes on to say that in one pivotal scene in Network where he freaks out after learning he was betrayed by Mark Zuckerberg and Shawn Parker, he “felt more like a man than I’ve ever felt.” He explains that :because I didn’t care what I was doing,” he was liberated and empowered.
