Jersey Shore’s Angelina Sued for Alleged Assault
The hits just keep on coming for Angelina Pivarnick—and totally not in a good way.
TMZ reports that the Jersey Shore charmer—who late last year was accused of pummeling a limo driver following a celebrity-boxing match—is now being sued for allegedly smacking up female clubgoer while en route to yet another boxing match.
Melissa Mayne claims that she was exiting a nightclub at the Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in December when she ran across Pivarnick, who was on her way to mix it up in the ring. Mayne claims that Pivarnick grabbed her, hit her in the face, threw a glass in her face, and threw Mayne’s cell phone across the room.
Mayne, who is seeking unspecified damages, also names the Trump Taj Mahal in the suit, claiming that several security guards stood by and failed to break up the scuffle.
For her part, Pivarnick claims that she was “set up,” adding that she was “provoked, taunted and harassed into a fight.”
