Penn Badgley Wears His Wellies On Set (PHOTOS)

The weather might be cold, but Penn Badgley is looking hot on the set of Gossip Girl.

Decked out in a puffy black jacket and gray wellies, the 24-year-old is hard at work, despite some seriously epic snowfall in NYC.

TVLine's Michael Ausiello is also reporting that Penn's character might be getting cozy with none other than, GASP -- Leighton Meester's Blair Waldorf character.
