Kristen Stewart to Open String of Halfway Houses

Kristen Stewart is planning on putting her Twilight riches to good use.

In the latest issue of Vogue, K-Stew—who’s reportedly raking in $25 million for the two-part Twilight finale Breaking Dawn—says that she’s currently conceiving of opening a string of halfway houses to help troubled youths.

Stewart notes,

“Anytime I hear that somebody’s really rich, the first question is ‘Do you do anything with it? Or do you, like, chill? You just sit on it?’”

The 20-year-old actress says that the plan came to her while doing research for her role in Welcome to the Rileys, in which she plays an underage stripper in New Orleans.

While Stewart admits that she’s taking her time with the plan to make sure it’s done right, she says that it’s currently her main focus:

“That would be amazing. Right now it’s the thing I feel most connected to.”

Stewart’s issue of Vogue hits newsstands on January 25. Do you think her halfway-house plan will eventually come to fruition? Share your predictions in the comments section.
