Topless Photos of Selena Gomez Being Shopped?
The gossip blog HollyScoop claims they were approached with cell phone camera pics showing Gomez topless, but that because they could not determine whether she was under 18 at the time the photos were taken, the photos would not be published. Selena turned 18 in July.
According to the report, Selena's hair was "shorter" than it currently is and the photo was "taken by someone else" inside of a bathroom.
UPDATE: Selena's people tell TMZ, "The alleged photo of Selena Gomez is absolutely not her. Selena’s family is pursuing all available remedies to deal with the offender.”
