GLAAD Media Awards Nominees Announced (PHOTOS)

As award season continues, GLAAD will take it's turn and honor outstanding images of the LGBT community throughout film, television and music this year at it's annual awards ceremonies.

Nominees were announced on GLAAD's website on Wednesday, and they include fan favorite television shows such as Glee, True Blood and Modern Family, among others. Films like Easy A and Burlesque that were raved about in the media earned nominations as well.

Held in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, the GLAAD Media Awards will be handed out at several ceremonies between March and May.
