Everyone always talks about the Sundance Film Festival, but how much do you really know about it? Well, thanks to Celebuzz and Bing, you're about to get a history lesson.

The film fest, which has become an iconic part of Hollywood and launched the careers of directors like Steven Soderbergh and Quentin Tarantino, started in the early '80s and worked its way into becoming a staple for hungry and visionary filmmakers. As you'll see in the video below, Sundance's Programming Director, Trevor Groth, takes us a journey from the festival's early days to its massive status in 2011.
