Nicky Hilton looked comfortable leaving the trendy restaurant Joan’s on Third in West Hollywood on Wednesday, thanks to her black fur vest.

The elder Hilton sis, Paris, caught a plane to San Paolo, Brazil, yesterday with her boyfriend Cy Waits for fashion week. Waits is currently staring down charges stemming from the couple’s August run-in with the cops in Las Vegas, the most threatening of which being a felony charge for driving under the influence of marijuana. Earlier in the year, Paris pleaded guilty to misdemeanor cocaine possession and received a year of probation.
