Justin Bieber continued his jam-packed publicity tour for his upcoming film, Never Say Never, with a visit to The Late Show with David Letterman on Monday, January 31.

Justin, 16, waved at fans and signed autographs as he and his entourage arrived at David Letterman's studio. While temperatures dipped below freezing in NYC, Bieber kept warm in a black leather jacket. Hey, he can handle the cold– he's from Canada!
