Is that Kelly Osbourne or Marilyn Monroe?

The Fashion Police host debuted a Marilyn-inspired hairdo when she grabbed lunch with a few friends at The Ivy in Los Angeles on Monday, January 31.

It’s no surprise that Kelly is sporting a vintage hairdo– the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne is known for her hipster fashion sense and her love of retro clothes.
