Miley Cyrus Debuts Massive New Tattoo (PHOTO)
Miley, 18, flashed a glimpse of the large tat through a sexy hole in her oversized white t-shirt. While its hard to make out exactly what the tattoo is a design of, there is no doubt that the ink takes up a considerable part of the Disney star's tiny frame. (Check out more photos at X17's blog.)
This new tattoo marks the Hannah Montana star's fifth tat. Some of Miley's current tattoos include "Love" written on the inside of her left ear, a small heart stamped on one of her fingers and "Just Breathe" tattooed under her ribcage.
While you have to be 18 years or older to get tattooed in the United States, Miley has been getting ink since she was 16 years old. Minors can legally get tattoos if they get written permission from their parents.

People act like shes so young when in reality shes 19. Every 19 year old goes through this stage, why not just leave her alone. Just because shes a celebrity doesnt mean she should wear long sleeves and long pants all the time. It annoys me when people made the huge deal about her wearing a bikini, or taking pictures with her boyfriend. I dont know a 19 year who hasnt. As for the tattoo, again, shes 19. Her body. im not black nor am i white but i know many people who write like that, i do it too, its just how it is these days. most young people write like that, its how we text and now its how we write, eventually people will grow out of it but for now we just have to let it be. as for miley i do to believe that its her life shes still young and still learning like the rest of us, just because she is famous doesnt mean she shouldnt be able to do what she wants just like the rest of the world, i mean no one can say that they dont know anyone who hasnt done something stupid when they were that age, lord knows i have, i just think people should let her be, shes still growing, as are we.
She's not going to have much body space left at this rate, starting at 16. Her skin will look like elephant hide by the time she's older and wrinkley (sorry, it happens to the best of us, no choice, and yes, you will care what you look like even then.) One of these days a new generation is going to say a big fat no to tattoos and all these tattooed people will look like a freak show at the circus.
Yeah, it doesn't really matter what most kids do when they turn 18... but this is the FACE of pop, so I think that while it would be awesome if goth made a recovery, Miley Cyrus is totally NOT the person to do it. Someone who actually plays goth rock needs to do that. Miley's established herself as so far a poor artist, and unless she drops from celebritydom and totally changes her music, nobody's going to respect her more. I'd much rather have someone who admires even something as pop as Bring Me The Horizon get a tattoo than a Miley fan. Just saying.

you cannot legally get a tattoo in the US under 18, despite parental consent. you have to have a court order from a judge in order to get a tat underage and it's ONLY to cover up a gang related tattoo. learn the actual laws before saying stupid shit.
