Blake Lively was in a blue mood – or rather, in a blue dress – when she spent Valentine's Day at the ELLE Style Awards in London.

The Gossip Girl star worked her magic on the red carpet at the Style Awards before heading inside to snag an award. As if getting a plaque for being fashionable weren't cool enough already, the CW star revealed that Christian Louboutin is naming a shoe after her after the pair had a chance meeting in Paris. How lucky can one girl get?
