The 18-year-old entertainer was bundled up (by LA standards) to brave the chilly February temperatures. Miley wore a brown knit infinity scarf, a white T by Alexander Wang t-shirt and sexy black leather shorts. The "Can't Be Tamed" singer topped off her look with black knee-high moccasin boots and her favorite black handbag.
