Nick Jonas: Winky in Los Angeles (PHOTOS)

Is that some sun in your eye, Nick Jonas, or are you giving us a little wink?

The Jonas Brothers hunk (and Mr. Sunshine rock star) was in a cheerful mood when he was spotted running errands in Los Angeles on Tuesday, February 22. Nick, 18, looked dapper in a black tuxedo blazer  as he winked and smiled at the photogs who were gathering around him.

Nick is currently gearing up for a performance at the White House on Thursday, February 24, where he will take part in a special concert honoring Motown artists for Black History Month.
