Charlie Sheen Surrenders Children to Police
After his week of erratic and bizarre interviews, Charlie Sheen's children are now in police custody after the actor surrendered custody of them to authorities on Tuesday evening.
People reports that the police custody was a direct result of a restraining order filed by Sheen's ex Brooke Mueller, who claimed that Charlie physically and verbally abused her. In the legal document, Mueller claimed: "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane ... I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care."

The terms of the restraining order mean Sheen can't communicate with or be within 100 yards of Mueller or his children.
Sheen took to Today on Wednesday morning to discuss the new developments, saying:
“If anybody thought my focus was directed in a radical way, that’s going to seem like child’s play ... This is about getting very focused, getting in touch with what I have to do to complete the task of bringing these two beautiful young men back to the home that they deserve to be raised in.”During a recent spat of interviews, Sheen allowed cameras into his home to reveal a world where a rotating bevy of girlfriends -- "goddesses" as Sheen called them -- are helping him take care of his sons, Bob and Max. Sheen said everyone has equal say in the process, and often made references to the children running into walls.
