Ashlee Simpson and Jack Black Bring Brood Out for Milk and Bookies (PHOTOS)

Ashlee Simpson took a seemingly camera shy Bronx Wentz out for a family fun night out at second Annual Milk and Bookies Story Time Celebration. While he stayed mainly hidden behind mom and a friend, Jack Black  and son Samuel were hamming it up elsewhere on the red carpet, playfully making faces while taking a ride on dad's shoulders.

Milk and Bookies is a program that lets kids select and donate books to other kids that can't afford their own. Now only does it encourage reading, but community works as well. The family-fueled events feature music, story time and, of course, milk and cookies.
