Did Katy Perry just step out of a time machine? 

The sexy songstress was spotted out and about in Manchester, UK on Tuesday afternoon, and was looking retro-glam in a fuzzy sweater, blunt bangs, cat-eyed glasses and full skirt.

Not only did Katy rock Manchester's world last night, but she found a way to help out Japan at the same time:Mrs. Russell Brand posted on her Twitter Monday night:

MANCHESTER! I can't WAIT to c u! #REDCROSS is here taking any donations for JAPAN! We've raised 10's of thousands of pounds already! GO US!
