Bump Mania! Jessica Alba Flaunts Her Growing Bump in Beverly Hills (PHOTOS)
Looking cute in a black sweater vest and floppy hat, Jessica looked on as little Honor Marie played at a park in Beverly Hills Thursday afternoon.
Jessica is known for her amazingly in-shape bod, so staying fit while preggers is something that is definitely important to her. How does she do it?
Jessica’s trainer Yumi Lee dished to People and said:
“I have Jessica doing exercises to keep her core strong and work on her balance. We do curls using a stability ball, single leg balance movements and compound moves like squat thrusters.”
Also, according to Lee, Alba’s fave exercise is a simple plank using a stability ball, which helps maximize muscle tone while improving balance.
Alba recently told People that with the second child, she’s seeing signs of pregnancy much earlier than the first time around. “I definitely popped earlier than I did with Honor because the second time around your body has the memory [of the first pregnancy]. Having the belly grow is fun and exciting,” she said.
