Justin Bieber Makes the Dutch Girls Go Wild (PHOTOS)

Even though he is dating Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber still has the power to make little girls swoon.

The "Baby" singer hugged and chatted with a sobbing pre-teen fan during a press conference in Rotterdam, Amsterdam on Sunday. The young star was in town as part of his European tour and he clearly enjoyed his time in the land of the wooden shoes!

"Great show Rotterdam, u guys were loud," Justin tweeted shortly after the show. "Now watching March Madness online, we make the time change work!" It's good to know that basketball fan Bieber can still find a way to stay up on his favorite teams!

Justin's next stop: Paris, where the cute Canadian singer will romance his lovely French fans. Ooh la la!
