The fashionista admitted on her blog that she gets “bored” with going to the gym and that’s why she turned to Tracy, the trainer famous for whipping Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna into shape. What did Richie have to say about the workout routine that was customized to meet her needs?
“My favorite portion of my workout is the dance-cardio which changes all the time and incorporates my love for dance in a fun way.”
The mother-of-two, 29, said she’s now most focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle as she fast approaches her ’30s:
“It’s also important for me to train my muscles and condition my body now, so that all I have to worry about is maintenance rather than playing catch up later on in life.”
