THIS CONTEST HAS ENDED! THANK YOU FOR PARTICIPATING!

Every girl out there deserves the best advice -- from how to get the perfect look, creating a perfect meal, losing weight and keeping it off, plus finding the key to happiness.

Access Hollywood corespondent Maria Menounos' first book, The EveryGirl's Guide to Life, gives tips on how to simplify your life and achieve everything you've ever wanted!

With such a busy, on-the-go schedule, Maria dishes on her secret to balancing it all as she's constantly adding new tasks to her list; like her latest effort in teaming up with Yoplait Greek. One thing Maria’s learned is how to make her snacks work for her – and she loves the new and improved Yoplait Greek yogurt. It has at least 14 grams of protein in each cup and has a delicious thick and creamy texture to help satisfy hunger. See Facebook.com/Yoplait for more info, and to hear more about her recent endeavors as well as more on her book, check out her recent interview with Celebuzz.

Three lucky winners will receive a free a copy of Maria's book! Read all about a lazy women's workout that you can do in bed, plus fashion and beauty tips plus much, much more!

Remember the book hits stands April 12th, or you can pre-order the book on Amazon.

The best advice I ever got was to always moisturize my face from my mother... it must be working for her as she is wrinkle free! I would love to win, I saw Maria on The Today Show this morning and she is fabulous!

the best advice came from my dad, who told me "there is a difference between knowledge and knowing." the best humorous advice was as follows: "Don't sweat petty things... or pet sweaty things."

What a great give-away! I absolutely adore Maria Menounos and find her so inspiring. I can only imagine how great her book is. + The greatest advice I have ever been given: Make your own luck and take steps towards your goals. Decipher who you are and who you want to be and take the richest bits of both. (Thanks Mom!) haha Actually Maria said it the simplest: "You have to take control of your own career" Congrats for Maria Menounos accomplishing a book and thanks to celebuzz for the opportunity. XO

The best advice comes from my dad during my first year in college: "When making decisions, remember to use 60% of your brain and 40% of your heart. Consider all sides of the situation and decide on on the best course of action. If you're still stuck, don't be afraid to ask for help."

I'm looking forward to this book and hope to win one!! I've been lucky enough to receive so much good advice. One of the simplest yet most relevant throughout all stages of life is, "Do what you know you are supposed to do, and don't do what you know you aren't supposed to do." So basic, but after a mentor of mine said this to me when I was younger, I remember the saying to bring me back to a realistic perspective on difficult choices or struggling in various situations. It's amazing how emotions and irrelevant factors can affect the ability to remember the basics of life that are so key to simple happiness!
