Natalie Portman Talks About Getting Stoned
So, has Nat ever actually taken a toke of the green stuff? The talented actress tells Entertainment Weekly yes...
When she was younger, that is. Portman tells EW:
"I smoked weed in college, but I haven't smoked in years. I'm too old. I wish I was that cool, but I'm like an old lady now. I'm in bed by 10 p.m. I can't do that anymore."We would hardly call the 29 year old actress old, but we totally get what she's saying! Still, that doesn't mean this year's Best Actress doesn't appreciate some aspects of ganja. "I love stoner comedies," she says.
The film sounds like a fun departure from the troubled ballerina she just played, which is exactly what interested her in the role in the first place. NP explains:
"When I sat down with [the director], he was like, 'The girl's going to be funny here.' To have him be able to think of me in that way was so lucky, because [the role] is a real departure from anything I've done on film."Check out Portman in Your Highness when it hits theaters April 8.

At least she is honest. I mean a lot of celebrities did and do - but big part of them would lie about it. And I won't lie I tried it too and it was actually lots of fun! Natalie is extremely down-to-earth and is very talented, that's important. I sooo loved her The Lonely Island rap video! Haha
