Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Lunch While Her Custody Agreement Gets Finalized (PHOTOS)

Halle Berry and boyfriend Olivier Martinez hang close as they leave lunch in Santa Monica Tuesday. The on and offscreen couple have been spending a lot of time together in Los Angeles which is getting us excited to see them together in Dark Tide.

Meanwhile, apparently Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry are really close to settling their heated custody battle, which is great news.

According to TMZ, earlier today Halle and Gabriel's lawyers made positive steps forward regarding custody and visitation rights over their daughter Nahla. Reportedly the Judge said they were making "huge progress" and to "stick with it." Glad to hear it! Both Halle and Gabriel are great parents, we're sure they will figure out the best thing to do for their daughter.
