Nicole Richie looks simply stunning on the cover (and in a spread) of the May/June issue of THAT magazine.

The glamorous mother-of-two shows off her smoking post-baby body and signature sense of style in the seven-page spread of the French publication.

Richie has recently been spotted out and about with gal pal Jessica Alba and her adorable tots, Harlow and Sparrow, but the sultry fashionista rides solo for the brand new shoot.
