Demi Lovato has had some week!

The Disney darling has managed to cram a career's worth of headlines into the past few days. For those of you who may have missed it, here's a rundown of Demi's week in the news:

A glowing Lovato was spotted walking through LAX Tuesday. The starlet, who is just over a month out of rehab remarked, "There's a ton of pressure out there to meet impossible standards...If you're going through a dark period, remember that you're not alone."

The same day, photos surfaced of Demi heading to the studio in sweats. "Got my workout in, my laundry done, my groceries bought," Demi tweeted later in the day. "Sometimes I think, wow...I'm lucky enough to HAVE groceries and clean clothes. Anyway...feeling pretty adult-like :) This is cool." Fans wondered if Lovato was finally back on track.

Wednesday, Lovato dropped the bombshell that she would not be returning to her hit TV series Sonny With a Chance. "I don't think going back to Sonny would be healthy for my recovery," Demi tells People magazine of her decision. "Being in front of a camera would make me nervous."

Lovato also appeared on Good Morning America Wednesday where she discussed what led her to check herself into a treatment facility for an eating disorder and cutting: bullying. “I literally didn’t know why they were being so mean to me,” said Lovato. “And when I would ask them why, they would just say, ‘Well, you’re fat.’”

Following Demi’s appearance on Good Morning America the starlet revealed to People magazine that while she was being treated for an eating disorder and cutting, she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. “I never found out until I went into treatment that I was bipolar,” said Lovato. “Looking back it makes sense. There were times when I was so manic, I was writing seven songs in one night and I’d be up until 5:30 in the morning.”

Demi’s week was jam-packed with promising highs and telling revelations, but the star seems to have the new-found grounding and fan support to help her along her comeback trail. What do you think of Demi's week in the news? Let us know in the comments.

She will never have a normal life. No child/teen star in this case has a normal life. Read Cathy O'Brien "Tranceformation of America" or Fritz Springmeier's books and ull understand why.

She isnt bipolar, she is just another mind controlled Disney slave. This is Hollyweird and ud better wake up. Bi-polar is the Hollyweird word for "brainwashed".

I am proud of her for stepping up & getting the help she needed. I support her for her decision to not return to her show if she recognizes that as a trigger. VERY RESPONSIBLE behaviour. Keep up the good work.
