A slew of stylish A-Listers flocked to the Metropolitan Costume Institute Gala Monday evening to pay tribute to the late designer, Alexander McQueen.

Ashley Greene, Taylor Swift, Kristen Stewart and Blake Lively were just a few of the fashionable stars to take a first peek at "Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty" collection, which included an exhibit featuring the couture creations by McQueen.
