Christina Aguilera has a lot to be happy about, so we're glad she looks cheery here as she is photographed grabbing dinner with boyfriend Matt Rutler in New York City.

NBC's The Voice is officially a hit, as the show dominated in the ratings for a second week in a row. But Xtina's main man has something to celebrate too...

His DUI case is being thrown out. According to the LA District Attorney his blood alcohol level was only .06. Matt and Christina were arrested on March 1, but were both let go without being charged.
