    My favorite way to stay healthy is by playing with my nieces and nephews. We dance and play and stay active. We like to have picnics and eat snacks and great food from Fresh and Easy. We have a blast!

    My favorite way to stay healthy is of course eating correctly. Getting a good water intake for the day, having some fruits as snacks, and If I decide to cheat with not such a healthy meal then I just eat with moderation. I hit the gym at least 3 times a week by doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight training. & lastly, I always have said work hard then play hard. I think having fun and doing things that I enjoy wether it be going out to dance or just spending time with family and friends. I think a good stable personal life will keep you healthy too :)
