Jennifer Aniston and Colin Farrell really do make horrible bosses in the hilarious new trailer for Horrible Bosses. They are joined by Oscar winner Kevin Spacey who subsequently all make work hell for Jason Sudeikis, Jason Bateman, and Charlie Day.

So what are scorned employees to do? Come up with a plot to kill them, of course.

Jamie Foxx rounds out the talented cast. Horrible Bosses hits theaters this summer!
