Disney star Debby Ryan is moving up in the world! Celebuzz's favorite rising star was spotted picking out her new Los Angeles digs on Tuesday, May 17.

The young star – who recently celebrated her 18th birthday – looked house-hunting cute in black leggings and a cropped jean jacket. Debby chatted on her phone and peeked into a small house as she made her way through an undisclosed LA neighborhood.
