Lenny Kravitz Cast in 'Hunger Games'
According to the New York Post, Lenny will play Cinna who is Katniss Everdeen's stylist. “When I saw Lenny’s work in Precious I was just knocked out,” said director Gary Ross in a statement to Movie Line. “It was quiet and strong and understated and open hearted; all qualities which define this character. I’m really looking forward to this ride.”
Lenny is joining an all-star cast that includes Winter's Bones star Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, Woody Harrelson as Haymitch Abernathy, Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, and Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne ... to name a few. However, there's one lead role left to cast and rumors are swirling!

She is gorgeous...and with brown hair and the magic of make-up they can make her look plain, but then when they transform her for the festivities she will be glowing. I hope she is a good actress...however, I am sure she will do well.
I picture Haymitch fat...but it will be very interesting to see Woody Harrelson. He is a great actor too. You are right, very quirky.

This casting is horrible. I imagined Cinna to be Latino or have some sort of European vibe. Calming, kind, very effeminate, and very protective. If he doesn't have silver eye liner on, I am walking out!

Worst casting ever, I imagined Cinna to be white, with short brown hair, always wearing black clothing and looking slightly French, with a really intelligent look about him. This couldn't be more bizarre.
Personally, I really like Josh Hutcherson for Peeta. Have you haters even SEEN his past interviews? He has the eloquence Peeta has and he has Peeta's personality. Plus, PEETA IS NOT SCRAWNY. Peeta lifts hundreds of pounds of flour and other stuff for the bakery, and he has muscles. Josh has Peeta's personality and the role will come naturally to him, but I just can't see Alex Pettyfer with Peeta's nice and straighforward personality.

I didn't know the book even revealed the tribute from District 1's name. He's the one who Katniss shoots threw the neck when he traps Rue, I don't recall them ever saying his name. Well I guess it's Marvel! lol
