'The Biggest Loser' Winner - Half Her Size!
What an amazing transformation! When Olivia Ward joined The Biggest Loser, she weighed 261 pounds and was told by her doctor that she may never be able to have children unless she made major changes.
Now 132 pounds, she lost the weight -- and won the competition, bringing home the home the $250,000 prize! Olivia tells OK! magazine about her decision to join the show:
"I like to control things in my life, but for me, food was the one area of my life where I could be out of control. Then last summer, I turned 35, and I started to panic. I felt like I had wasted all these years being overweight. I decided I did not want to live another day in that body. That’s when I reached out to The Biggest Loser."
People tune in to the show to see inspiring stories like Olivia's, but next season there will be yet another reason to watch -- new trainer (and tennis pro) Anna Kournikova! As a child athlete (she won the US Open at 15), there's no doubt she will bring a lifetime of experience with her, although we certainly wouldn't mind if she also brought along boyfriend Enrique Iglesias for some musical motivation!
