Fergie’s Colorful Dress: Yay or Nay?

Fergie made a bright splash as she exited her car in New York City today. The Black Eyed Peas singer always goes out on a limb fashion wise, and today was no exception.

Josh Duhamel's wife showed off her toned body in a very colorful and patterned satin looking dress with a leather jacket over the top, and we aren't sure if we are fans.
