Ryan Reynolds: The Media Isn't Invited Into the Divorce
Ryan Reynolds told Details Magazine, "The media was not invited to my marriage, and they're definitely not invited into the divorce."
It was announced earlier this year that the actor and Scarlett Johansson had decided to call it quits, but the two look to be moving on. Scarlett is now dating Sean Penn and Ryan has been hanging with friends like Sandra Bullock and promoting his new action film Green Lantern and the comedy The Change-Up.
The actor, 34, commented on how he was dealing with the divorce, telling the magazine, "Anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but you come out of it. I'm not out of it yet. At all. But I sense that as I do come through it, there's optimism. How can there not be?"
Aside from being a heartthrob and an action star, Ryan is also known for his comedy (i.e. Waiting and Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place). When asked about his dark side, the actor joked, "I only drink panda tears. Do not bring me water. Do not bring me filtered water. I want the tears of a newborn panda, and I will have them—because I’m Ryan Reynolds!"
The ladies aren't the only ones who recognize that Ryan is super-sexy. The actor's costar in The Change Up Jason Bateman commented on Ryan's hotness, telling Details, "The Hollywood a**hole is becoming a bit of a dinosaur every day, thank God. But it’s still not the norm to be as decent as Ryan is. Decent without being a boob. He’s the World’s Sexiest Man and all that sh*t, but he’s still a real guy, not a noodle.”
